What kind of workout is Tide Method?
A sweaty, fun and unique mindful movement class. Expect to drop into your mind as you connect to your muscles and body. We mix repetitive controlled movements with free dance movements to connect deep to yourself. Classes are motivated by music, so we move to the beat. We incorporate breath work and meditation and are a full body workout.
What should I bring to class?
Sticy/grip socks. A water bottle, a mat if you like to use your own and a towel if you need one.
