Class refers to any exercise class provided by us or on our behalf at the Studio as part of the Services. Credit means a credit purchased via our Website and used to make bookings for classes. Goods means any goods offered for sale at our Studio. You must be aged 16 years or over to attend any of our classes, unless we have been notified. You must dress appropriately for any of our Classes and not wear clothing which could interfere with any of the equipment used during the Classes. The identity of our instructors and the timing of Classes are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse you access to the Studio and suspend or terminate your use of our Services if in our reasonable opinion your conduct is damaging to our reputation, is in breach of these Conditions or would otherwise not be in the interests of other users of our Studio or participants in our classes. Following such suspension or termination any privileges shall be forfeited and you shall not be entitled to any refund. Our Classes involve intensive exercise. You should agree to familiarise yourself with that Classes involve prior to assessing whether you are fit to participate in a Class. You should refer to our Website or speak to a member of staff for further information. By agreeing to these Conditions you confirm that you have no health problems and on each occasion that you use our Studio or participate in a Class you confirm that you are in an appropriate physical condition to participate in Classes and that you know of no medical or other condition why you are not capable of engaging in the Classes or exercises provided by us and that such Classes or exercises would not be detrimental to your health, safety or physical condition. Our staff are not medically trained and are therefore not qualified to assess whether you are in appropriate condition to participate i a Class and/or whether you can engage in any exercise without detriment to your health, safety, comfort or physical condition. You are advised not to undertake any physical activities without first seeking medical advice you have concerns over your physical condition. We reserve the right to refuse access to our Studio / Class if we consider your health may be endangered by the use of our facilities. If, during the Class, you feel ill, you should cease exercise immediately. You shall not use our facilities or participate in our Classes if you are suffering from: low/high blood pressure, cardiac irregularities, any infectious or contagious illness, disease or other ailment or are suffering from any ailment where there is a risk, however small, to your health, safety, comfort or physical condition. You agree to follow the instructions of our instructors at all times. By enrolling with Tide Wellness and attending our Classes, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks and dangers in participating in our Classes. It is our responsibility that you comply with our policy regarding your fitness and health, and that your physical condition is appropriate for participating in our Classes. A member of staff must be consulted by yourself if you are in any doubt how to correctly set up and use our equipment. Neither Tide Wellness or its employees shall be liable for any death, personal injury or illness that take place on the premises. Personal belongings are brought into our Studio are your own risk and you agree that Tide Wellness, and its employees, shall not be liable for any loss, damage or theft of any property brought into our Studios belonging to yourself. When creating an account on the Website, all information given should be accurate and truthful. Classes are subject to availability and we do not guarantee that spaces will be available in any given Class, even if you have sufficient Credits in your account. Credits will expire at the time confirmed by us to you at the time of purchase. In the event that no such time was specified, credits will expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Unless otherwise confirmed by us at the time of purchase, Credits and Class bookings are not transferable to any other person and you should not allow anyone else to book Classes using your credits. Subject to any statutory right of cancellation, payments for Credits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Conditions.Use of our Website includes accessing, browsing or registering to use our Website. By using our Website you are confirming that you accept these Conditions and that you agree to abide by them. We may update this Website from time to time and may change the content at any time. Only when and if the client agrees will they be added to our mailing list in order for us to inform them of special offers and events taking place at Tide Wellness.

We will never share this information with any third parties.

4. Where will we store your information?
Tide Wellness uses software provided by MINDBODY to store all its data. MINDBODY stores all data in servers and backup servers located in the United States. MINDBODY has Privacy Shield certification, which complies with GDPR regulations, related to transferring data outside of the EU.

5. Cookie/Tracking Technology

The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Cookies can also help customize the Site for visitors. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.
